Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Electronic bids will be received for the "Ashland Remote Water Well for Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 82, Brazoria County, Texas." Scope of work includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for construction of the Remote Water Well. Copies of the bidding documents are available at www.CivcastUSA.com. Bidders must register on this website to view and/or download specifications, plans, soils report, and environmental reports. There is no charge to view or download documents. The bids will only be received electronically through www.CivcastUSA.com and will be publicly opened and read via conference call. Physical bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract and execute the bonds on the forms provided, and provide the required insurance certificates within 14 calendar days after receipt of contract documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the project.
