**As of July 15, 2026, the project was awarded to Heath Excavating, LLC, with an awarded amount of $71,359.66.** The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, erosion control measures, excavation, embankment repair, grading, seeding, restoration, and all associated appurtenances necessary for a complete project installation. An add alternate for riprap bank stabilization at the dam will also be included. Bids shall include pricing information and terms. Sealed bids clearly marked "Pool Park Lake Renovations Project" should be submitted to the specified address. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be received no later than the specified deadline, at which time they will be publicly opened. Any bids received after the specified date and time will be returned unopened. The City of Warrenton reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
