CBP is acquiring contractor services to perform maintenance, repair, and improvement services for tactical infrastructure (TI) assets in the Tucson Sector, including roads and bridges; fence and gates (including concertina wire); vegetation control; debris removal; border lighting and electrical; drainage and grate systems; and tunnel remediation. Work includes preserving TI assets or equipment in usable condition, restoring assets to pre-existing condition, and enhancing mission and functional capabilities through additions, expansions, or adaptations within the existing TI footprint. Unscheduled work exceeding $750,000.00 will not be executed under this contract. This work will be performed under a Single Award 5-Year Contract with two execution tiers: Scheduled Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance.
