Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Alder Construction has been selected as the CMGC Preconstruction Contractor for the Timpanogos Special Service District's Package C, GMP 5, Gas Upgrading Project. Alder is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the construction of this project, which is funded by the Utah SRF and subject to federal funding requirements. Bidders must comply with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, which requires all iron and steel, all manufactured products, and all construction materials to be produced or manufactured in the United States, as per DDW-2022-004136 BABA Requirements and Definitions. All subcontractors must adhere to the requirements of the Apprenticeship and Payroll sections of the specifications. The scope of work consists of furnishing materials, equipment, and subcontract work for the Gas Upgrading Building and ancillary structures. Instructions to bidders indicate to see the bid documents for full requirements, including compliance with BABA and specifications, and that sealed bids must be submitted to Alder Construction by the specified deadline for evaluation as described in the Bidding and Contract Documents.
