Renovation of a multi-residential development in Monroe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the installation of a keyless entry lock system at GA193-01 & 02 located in Morgan County, Georgia. The initial proposal covers the Madison Housing Authority, with potential for additional locations in Monroe, Social Circle, Rutledge, Statham, and Loganville after a trial period. Proposals must comply with equal employment requirements of the Federal Government, all relevant authorities regarding illegal immigration and/or the Federal E-Verify Program, and the Build America, Buy America Act. Contractors are required to provide training, contracting, and employment opportunities to low and very-low income residents residing in the Housing Authority communities or jurisdiction, in accordance with Section 3 of the US Department of Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968 and 24 CFR part 135. Salaries paid must not be less than the Davis-Bacon wage rates as published by the U.S. Department of Labor and as set forth in the specifications. All requirements for withdrawal, bid submission, and conditions are included, with the owner reserving rights to reject any or all bids and waive informalities in bidding. Bidding documents, plans, and specifications are available at the Housing Authority office. Affidavit for E-Verify compliance must be provided with the cost proposal or sealed bid. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty days after opening without the owner's consent.
