Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Parkin, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
**As of July 06, 2026, the awarded contractor is Crittco Cable & Fiber, but the awarded amount is not yet available.** The project consists of the replacement of an existing sewer lift station, associated site work, and all related appurtenances. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bidders are advised to pay close attention to the Instructions to Bidders, which include special provisions regarding the bid opening. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add the bidding company to the Planholders List and allow access to vBid online bidding for submittal of the bid. Online submittal of bids requires an additional non-refundable charge. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office with payment, and partial sets are not available. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
