The City of Parkin is seeking engineering services for a wastewater system improvements project funded by a grant from the Delta Regional Authority. The selection process will follow State of Arkansas procurement requirements and responses will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence, performance, capacity and capability to perform work, and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Only respondents with active registration in SAM.GOV are eligible. Interested firms or individuals are required to obtain a Request for Qualifications package and submit three copies of their response to the specified address by the submission deadline.
