Sealed proposals will be received for supplying the following equipment for the Priceville WWTP: Influent Auger Screen. The material supplied will be let under one Contract if an award should be made, and the Owner reserves the right to select the Proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. Drawings and specifications may be examined at the office of the Engineer, Dodge Data & Analytics, Isqft, and CMD Group. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Engineer. All bidders bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the state licensing board for general contractors must be licensed under the appropriate/applicable provisions of state law, and must show evidence of license before bidding; the bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
