The work shall consist of providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, licensing, transportation, disposal fee, taxes, and incidentals necessary to provide seasonal pumping service for seventeen vault toilets. These are located as follows: fifteen vault toilets in Temperance River State Park, one at Caribou Falls Wayside Rest Area, and one double vault toilet at Ray Berglund Wayside Rest Area. Service period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. All vault toilets at all locations must be pumped at least once per season, with some requiring intermittent "as needed" pumping during the contract period. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted. Contractors must review all attachments and comply with all requirements. The unit price must include all costs, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and any other necessary items for project completion. Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting specifications.
