Negaunee Public Schools is seeking proposals for the furnishing, configuration, programming, testing, and commissioning of IP-based intercom, clock, paging, and emergency communication systems for Negaunee Elementary School and Negaunee Middle School. The project requires a fully operational system with the following services: system design and engineering, equipment procurement, software licensing, programming and configuration, functional testing, user training, documentation and as-built records, and warranty support. The system must provide district-wide IP-based communication, support visual and audible emergency notifications, display synchronized time, messages, and alerts, integrate with existing Ethernet network infrastructure, and allow centralized administration and management. It should also support future expansion and integration opportunities. Proposers must provide all necessary equipment and materials, and clearly identify any additional owner responsibilities required for successful implementation. Training for administrators and users, as well as warranty and support details, must be included. Proposals must present detailed company information, a technical proposal, pricing breakdown, and project schedule. Submission must be made electronically in PDF format.
