Ouachita County is considering applying for a Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) Grant from the Delta Regional Authority and other funding sources for a water expansion project. The county is seeking the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for this project. Selection procedures will follow DRA procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability to perform the work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent who achieves the highest total score in the evaluation process. Interested parties are invited to secure an RFQ package and must submit 3 paper copies and 1 digital copy of their response by the specified deadline.
