All work shall be performed to minimize disruption to the facility operations. The Contractor shall maintain accessibility for employee/public traffic to the facility throughout the duration of the project. Bidders must refer to Appendix 3 for the detail list of the specifications including the number of windows, and sizes for each window at BCJJC. It is the contractor's responsibility to verify all counts, sizes and measurements listed in the solicitation. The Contractor shall provide and install barricades, signs, etc. necessary to ensure public safety at all areas during construction operations as approved by the state representative. Throughout the entire project, the Contractor shall maintain the work site in a safe, neat and orderly manner. The Contractor shall take steps to prevent accumulation of debris at the site and shall remove all spoils and unused material from the site. Disposal of all materials shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, codes and regulations. All work associated with this project is to be performed between the hours of 6:30am and 4:00pm Monday- Friday excluding Holidays.
