Site work for a water / sewer project in Van Buren, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project includes the installation of approximately 423 feet of 12-inch encased ductile iron water line and approximately 300 feet of 4-inch ductile iron water line. Bidders must submit sealed hard copy bids, include their Arkansas license number on the outside of the bid, and follow all requirements as found in the contract documents available through QuestCDN. Bidders are responsible for reproduction costs, and bids will only be accepted from those who purchase documents through QuestCDN. All questions must be submitted via the QuestCDN project portal, and bidders must inform themselves of all addenda issued. Site visits can be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance with the project engineer. Each bid must include security in the amount, form, and conditions specified in the instructions. All bidders must hold a valid Arkansas commercial contractor license. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any and all bids. Bids must remain firm for up to 60 days from the opening date. Participation by small, minority, and woman-owned businesses is encouraged.
