Renovation of a municipal facility in Mena, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Project Scope Includes but Is Not Limited to New Roof, Sidingand Windows, New Perimeterfencing, New Hvac System Andlighting, Ada Restroom Upgradesand New Interior Finishes. Thecomplete Set of Contract Documents Should Be Examined to Determine Full Scope. Each Bid Proposal Shall Include With It a Bid Security in the Amountof 5% of the Total Bid Offered, Ifthe Bid is in Excess of $20,000.the Bidder Will Be Required to Submit a Bidder's Deposit Which Includes Enclosing a Cashier'scheck Payable to the Order of Thecity of Mena and Drawn From Abank or Trust Company Doing Business in Arkansas or by a Corporatebid Bond in an Amount Equal To5% of the Bid. Bidders Are Advised That Arkansas State Contractor Licensing Law Applies Tothis Project. There Shall Be Onlyone (1) Bid Submitted Per Statecontractor's License. Each Bid Received Shall Have the License for That Bidder. Bid Shall Be Submitted on the Form Provided by Theowner and Shall Be Delivered in a Clearly Identified, Sealed, Opaqueenvelope. The Owner Reserves Theright to Reject Any or All Bids and To Waive Any Formalities. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203, the City Ofmena Encourages All Small, Minority, and Women- Owned Business Enterprises to Submit Bidsfor Capital Improvements.
