Pike County, Arkansas will receive sealed bids for Bridge Replacement located at Rocky Hollow Road Bridge, 1 mile off Coffman Road. The project is funded by the FEMA Public Assistance Program. Requirements for bidders include possession of an Arkansas Contractor’s License, a bid bond, and federal compliance certifications. Federal requirements apply, including Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, EEO, Buy American, and debarment certification. The award will go to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Pike County, Arkansas reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
