Site work for a water / sewer project in Mena, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing and installation of approximately 2,503 linear feet of 6" HDPE IPS DR 11 waterline with associated valves and appurtenances, along with surface restoration, testing, disinfection, installation of water services, and bore with 16" HDPE IPS DR 9 pipe. All excavation will be unclassified. Project plans and technical specifications may be downloaded from the designated website free of charge to allow prospective bidders to determine if they would like to bid the project. Bidding Documents required for the submission of a bid must be purchased from the issuing office (printed copies) or downloaded from QuestCDN. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through these sources. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office, with costs varying by format. Bidding Documents can be downloaded at www.questcdn.com. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholder List. Question Deadline 02/12/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
