Construction of a New Panel MDP, New Panel "L", New Transformer "T1", New Panel "A", all associated conduit and wire: primary conduits and pull wire to utility transformer, secondary conduits to MDP, conduit to future panels, conduit to future chargers, conduit to MUSCO light poles, pull boxes, concrete bases for the "C1" MUSCO poles including fixtures, "A" parking lot poles bases including fixtures, "B" light bollard bases including fixtures, and all associated conduit and wire. Substantial Completion: 120 days Final Completion: 135 days All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
