Site work and paving for a road / highway in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed proposals or bids for the "2026 Pavement Preservation", Project No. 26-012, are requested. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address and clearly marked with the project name and number. Bids must use the standard Bid Form (Indiana Form No. 96 Revised 2013), be signed, sealed, include a properly signed and notarized Non Collusion Affidavit, and have the Corporate Seal affixed. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent of the total bid. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after opening without consent. The successful contractor must furnish a Performance Bond for one hundred percent of the bid price, effective for twelve months from acceptance of work. Contractors must pay no less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the contract documents and list all subcontractors with their percentage of the contract. Construction and installation must be according to the contract drawings, specifications, and all addenda. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids.
