Yavapai County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the annual overlay (FY 26-27) in Yavapai County, Arizona - Project #2613639, (IFB # 26-PW-59). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services necessary for the installation of a two-inch asphaltic concrete overlay on Diamond Drive in Diamond Valley, Little Ranch Road in Paulden, Maricopa Drive in Mountain Club, and Tara Springs Road in Black Canyon City. The purpose of the project is to improve ride quality and extend pavement life. Contractors desiring to submit bids may obtain copies of full or partial sets of plans and specifications for estimate on request or by appointment. Every proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposal in accordance with the plans and specifications. The surety bond must be executed solely by a surety company authorized to transact surety business in the state. Submissions are required to be electronic via the County's eProcurement Portal. The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive formalities, and to accept the offer deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
