Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Blackshear, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Provide all materials and labor to remove the existing HVAC air handler, condensing units and all associated material, and install a new HVAC package unit and all associated ductwork, wiring and materials in its place. The job requires the complete removal of the existing unit from a mezzanine over a kitchen, one small unused gas boiler approximately 3 ft long x 2 ft high, as well as two approximately 50+-gallon water storage tanks no longer in service. The new HVAC package unit will be installed at ground level outside the kitchen wall on an existing concrete pad, ducted up and through the exterior wall to extend across the mezzanine space and connect to the existing supply and return ducting for the cafeteria. All ductwork is to be fully insulated. Alternate designs will be considered at the owner's discretion. Material specifications include a Carrier brand 15 Ton heat pump pad mounted package unit. Submit Model number and specifications of the unit with proposal information. Bid submissions shall include lead times to install from issuance of a Purchase Order.
