The project includes construction of a four-classroom wing addition on the campus of Patterson Elementary School at 3414 Drawdy Street, Patterson, Georgia 31557 for the Pierce County Board of Education. Site work will include erosion control, grading for a new building pad and drainage modifications, site utility modifications, new asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, landscaping (sod) and associated demolition. A full listing of Sub-Packages and scopes of work for each is included as a part of this "Subcontractor Request for Proposals No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after time has been called on the date of opening. Proposals that exceed $50,000 are required to list the cost to provide Payment & Performance Bonds for 100% of the Subcontract Value. R. H.
