Question Deadline 06/29/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Design-Build services are requested for a 1,500-foot-long sidewalk along the south side of Hunt Road between 3803 Fox Run Drive to 3977 Hunt Road in Blue Ash, Ohio. The project is known as the Blue Ash Hunt Road Sidewalk Project. Proposals must include a Qualification Packet sent by email and a Cost Proposal submitted via the Bid Express website. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code is required. Bid Security must be issued by a Surety Company licensed in Ohio. Proposals must include the names of all submitting and interested parties. Completion is required by the specified date unless extended due to long lead materials or other mutually agreed factors. Prevailing wage rates for public improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, must be followed if the project cost exceeds $30,320. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder offering the best and most responsive proposal considering quality, service, performance record, and price. The Council reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
