Full Circumferential Structural Liner of an 60" CMP Storm Water Pipe Structurally rehabilitate approximately 425 LF of a 60" CMP storm water pipe located at the back of the City of Blue Ash Recreation Center, 4433 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, OH 45242. Rehabilitate with a 3-9 o'clock invert using shotcrete at a minimum of 3" thick and reinforced with 12 ga. welded wire mesh with holes no greater than 2" x 2" along the invert. Rehabilitate with 9-3 o'clock crown using shotcrete at a minimum of 3" thick and reinforced with fibers. The pipe shall be cleaned (sandblasted or water blasted) . The contractor shall cut out any pieces of the CMP or tie-ins impeding the flow of water or protruding into the pipe as directed by the Engineer. No protrusion shall exceed 4" from the finished face of liner. Tie all inlet and outlet structures (e.g. - headwalls, wing walls, catch basins, pipe tie- ins) into the lining to direct all water into and out of the pipe. Shotcrete shall have a broom finish. The contractor shall flush , clean, and video inspect the pipe upon completion of work. The contractor shall provide the City copies of the video inspections; the cost of the video inspections shall be incidental to the cost of the project. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
