The work consists of furnishing all service, labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the demolition of five dilapidated residential structures and one add/alternate structure, located throughout Belmont County, Ohio. Bidders are required to deposit security with their bid in the amount and form provided in the Information for Bidders. The project is financed by a grant from the Housing and Urban Development's CDBG Program. Attention is called to requirements regarding employment conditions, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and Executive Order 11246. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the bid opening.
