Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and library.

The project includes floor preparation and installation of commercial carpet tile, transitions, and 4-inch and 6-inch cover base in designated areas of Dallas High School, including the high school library, adjacent office areas, main entrance area, Room 134, and other identified locations. Contractors are instructed to obtain bid documents from the director of Buildings and Grounds or the District website. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough is required. Sealed bids must be clearly marked and delivered to the director of Buildings and Grounds. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and compliance with all applicable prevailing wage, public works employment verification, insurance, bonding, and public school contracting requirements is mandatory. The Dallas School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive nonmaterial informalities or irregularities as permitted by law.
