Description

Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Olean, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.

The work shall consist of the following furnishing and installing grade crossing signal protection per plans. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 All questions as to the interpretation of the Contract Plans and Specifications shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer. The Engineer will answer such questions if received not later than five (5) business days before the time of the opening of the bids. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 0.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) MBE Goal: 0.00% WBE Goal: 0.00% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise contracting goals (DBE) Furnish and install flashers and gates at Wayne Street City of Olean and RTE 62 Town of Poland, in New York State. Though the completion date is June 1, 2027 the Railroad would like signals installed before that date if conditions allow. That said there should be no construction between November 1, 2026 and April 1, 2027, unless weather conditions are above freezing and pre-authorized by the Railroad.
