The City of Olean is seeking proposals to provide annual fire alarm system testing at the Municipal Building, Water Filtration Plant, Wastewater Treatment Facility, John Ash Community Center, William O. Smith Recreation Center, City Garage, Central Fire Station, Fire Station One, Olean Airport, and Bartlett House/Carriage House. Proposals must be submitted on the prescribed form in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. No bidder may withdraw their bid for 45 days after opening. The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive technicalities, or re-advertise if it serves the City's best interests. Prior to award of contract, the successful bidder must supply insurance certificates meeting specified coverage requirements. A non-collusive bidding certification is required, attesting that the bid was independently arrived at without collusion, has not been disclosed to others prior to opening, and that no attempt to influence others to submit or not submit a bid has occurred.
