Mold remediation services for Building 10 at the VA New Jersey Health Care System, including provision of all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, containers, transportation, and waste disposal documentation. Work involves establishing containment prior to remediation, cleaning and treating all affected surfaces with antimicrobial and sporicidal disinfectants, HEPA vacuuming, and thorough wiping of impacted areas. Encapsulation will be applied as required, followed by application of antimicrobial coatings and cleaners to inhibit future mold growth. After remediation, affected areas will be painted with a binding encapsulant containing antimicrobial protection. Final air clearance testing will be conducted, and once negative results are confirmed, all contaminants will be removed and disposed of properly.
