Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbiana, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project includes 394 LF of 18" sanitary sewer replacement, 795 LF of 15" sanitary sewer replacement, and installation of 7 sanitary manholes. Completion date is 120 calendar days after "Notice to Proceed." Specifications and drawings can be viewed or obtained at the consultant's office for a non-refundable fee. All proposals must be sealed, endorsed with the project name, and addressed to the City Manager at the specified address. Bidders may be required to provide references and detailed information regarding responsibility, experience, skill, and financial standing. Bids from contractors inexperienced in this type of work will not be awarded. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services. Contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor to the extent practicable, and must comply with equal opportunity requirements. Each bidder must furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, with bond issued by a surety company licensed in Ohio. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, increase or omit items, waive informalities or irregularities, and award to the lowest and/or best bidder.
