Site work for a stadium in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
The project entails extending the Sprinkler feed through the existing Annex building and installing a sprinkler system underneath the West side stadium bleachers. It also includes sprinkler system installation in building 413 on the East side of the stadium. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be downloaded. Electronic documents can be downloaded at no cost or ordered for the cost of printing. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds. Each Bidder must provide an executed Drug-Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit attesting to compliance with WV Code 21-10-5, and a Jobs Act Affidavit certifying compliance with WV Code 12-1C by hiring from the local labor market. The successful Bidder and all Subcontractors are required to provide Contractor Certification of Worker Compliance per WV Code 21 18 and 15-2-2.
