Install approximately 45 steel piles of various lengths along the Columbia River to mark pile dikes (wing dams) and increase visibility to boaters, with anticipated pile diameters between 18 inches and 24 inches. Provide between 20 and 25 cubic yards of rock scour protection at each pile location using controlled dumping methods such as a skip box, and fabricate and install signage atop each pile. Perform in-water pile driving using vibratory hammer methods during October and November, with impact hammer use limited to November, all within the in-water work window of October 1, 2027 through November 30, 2027. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
