Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The base bid work generally consists of demolition and replacement of the roof structural beams, roofing, and new clarifier mechanisms with associated mechanical and electrical replacement. The work includes various quantities of mobilization, temporary utility relocations within the building to allow access for modifications, selective demolition and disposal, and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances necessary for a complete project.
