Description

Demolition and site work for a residential development in Juneau, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The CBJ is requesting professional services for the Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWP) to provide cost estimating for the demolition and restoration of up to, but not more than, 18 properties involved with the buyout program on View Drive, in the Mendenhall Valley of Juneau, Alaska.
