This quote is for the immediate purchase and delivery of acrylic court surfacing products, specifically the SportMaster brand or an approved equivalent, for use by the Parks and Recreation department. The products are intended for the Adair Kennedy Courts improvement project, which includes a basketball/tennis multi-use court and a tennis/pickleball multi-use court. Timely electronic submission is required, and responses must include completed pricing for the listed line item, a filled and signed Equivalent/Variance page and Signature Page, and acknowledgment of the General Terms & Conditions. Only the documents provided should be used in the submission. Pricing must include all related costs including shipping and delivery to the final destination; shipping costs should be included in the unit price. Fuel surcharges are not to be included in the pricing but will be paid as a separate line item with proper documentation. Delivery is requested within thirty calendar days after receipt of order. Quantities are estimates and may vary. Bidders may propose an equivalent to the specified items, but must detail any variances on the Variance/Equivalent Page and provide justification. The City may request additional supporting information, and reserves the right to determine the suitability of items offered. All federal, state, and city laws, licenses, and permits required for the contract must be followed. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting all requirements.
