Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consists of pulverizing and asphalting existing streets and related roadway improvements on Doiron Street, Gertrude Street, and Butte-à-Éloi Street in Cap-Pelé, N.B. Works includes pulverizing of existing road surface, shoulder stripping, placement of crushed rock base, fine grading, new asphalt, new shoulders, re-ditching, culvert replacements, riprap placement, driveway restorations, hydroseeding, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, and all other work incidental to complete the project and all related work A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the Regional Town of Cap-Acadie must accompany each tender.
