The Ruth Mullins site consists of the construction of 60 linear feet of non-reinforced block wall type I at the side of the residence along with 210 linear feet of 8" subdrain to promote positive drainage behind the residence and along the driveway. The work also includes replacement of 20 linear feet of 24" HDPE pipe for drainage from sub-drain and drainage from behind the storage building, and replacing in kind concrete block steps at the back of the residence. Additional work includes repairing a sinkhole in the driveway, paving, and installing a guardrail for safety. The Clyde Mullins site consists of a 128 linear feet reinforced concrete wall to stabilize the area behind the house. Construction includes 64 linear feet of subdrain to drain runoff running behind the Ruth Mullins residence. The subdrain from the reinforced concrete wall will be tied to a junction box that collects water from the yard and carries it in a replaced 18" HDPE pipe across the drive. Additional subdrain is added to remove water from a portal behind the house above Clyde's, and will be tied into the backfill from an existing AML gabion wall in front of the house.
