This project consists of upgrades to the existing electrical system in Buildings A & B at the Seattle City Light South Service Center, 3613 4th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. The project is subject to the City of Seattles Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) and Priority Hire SMC 20.37, which supports racial and economic equity in contracting and provides opportunities for people living in economically distressed communities, women, and people of color to work on city construction projects.
