The general scope of work includes structural concrete, structural steel, guardrails, transit gates, paint and lead abatement, skylights, fire & life safety, mechanical, electrical, site improvements, earthwork and wet utility upgrades. Structural improvements include repair of corroded steel elements, platform strengthening, guardrail replacement, extension of the canopy structure for increased protection of the landmarked Monorail trains. Throughput improvement includes coordination of new platform edge gates, new ramps, new stairs and new seat walls. 309620-00, 25038P, 2026-0342 Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, submittals, shop drawings, coordination, engineering, layout, preconstruction support, and other necessary items for completion of the work outlined in the project documents.
