Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 575,000-square-foot, three-story above grade transportation facility; municipal facility; for site work for a 1,350-space parking garage; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project will include construction of a new multi-level passenger terminal on the north side of the airport, a three-level concourse with 19 gates, a parking garage, and a people-mover system. As of May 29, 2026, this project is in environmental review. A timeline for design and construction has not yet been established. Construction is expected to be underway by 2032.
