Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing services to Coconino County for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Old County Jail Demolition and Site Rehabilitation. This is a qualifications-based selection process where an evaluation committee will select, in order of preference and based on established criteria, firms deemed qualified to provide the required services. If a shortlist is created, interviews of the top firms may be conducted, followed by negotiations for a contract with the selected firm(s). Negotiations will involve compensation and other contract terms and conditions deemed fair and reasonable by the County, taking into account the estimated value, scope, complexity, and nature of the required services. Attendance at the mandatory in-person pre-bid conference is required to be eligible to submit a proposal.
