General Contractors are invited to submit proposals for common area refresh and unit upgrades at a fifteen (15) unit, three-storey building located at 207 6th Avenue S., Swan River, Manitoba. The Work site will remain partially occupied during construction. Preference will be given to Canadian suppliers meeting all essential requirements. If a non-Canadian manufactured product is proposed, the Contractor must collaborate with Manitoba to identify and procure a Canadian alternative, equivalent in quality and performance when possible, with cost variances substantiated by supporting documentation. Proponents and their representatives are only allowed to contact the RFP Contact for matters regarding this RFP. Bids must be submitted online through MERX. If proponents are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact.
