Description

Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bondurant, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; recreation facility; and 2,500-square-foot recreation facility.

New construction of an approximately 2,500 square foot outdoor amphitheater and a 1,500 square foot restroom structure. Renovations to the existing silo structure to create storage space within. Site work includes construction of a new parking lot, new utility connections for water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, new site paving and sidewalk, landscaping features, and other work indicated in the drawings and specifications. Selection criteria for bidders include strength and experience of the proposed project team, firm’s experience with similar projects and amphitheater experience, approach to leading construction projects in this delivery method and scale, safety record and approach, and overall firm characteristics such as location, size, company structure, and reputation. Pre-qualification is required.
