Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Galeton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed proposals are requested for the following work: 1. R-& Rip Rap – 69 tons; 2. Milling of bituminous paving notch – 660 linear feet; 3. Pulverization – 5,142 square yards; 4. WMA binder course 19.00 mm mix (50 gyrations) – 926 tons; 5. WMA wearing course 9.5 mm mix Level I (50 gyrations) – 463 tons; 6. 2RC aggregate shoulders – 471 tons; 7. 15" corrugated plastic pipe, type "S" – 200 linear feet; 8. Type M inlet – 5 each. Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished by the municipality, accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing wage rates will apply.
