The Ruth Mullins site will consist of the construction of 60 linear feet of non-reinforced block wall type I at the side of the residence along with 210 linear feet of 8-inch subdrain to promote positive drainage behind the residence and along the driveway. Replacement of 20 linear feet of 24-inch HDPE pipe for drainage from the subdrain and drainage from behind the storage building. Replacement in kind of concrete block steps at the back of the residence. There will also be repair of a sinkhole in the driveway and paving and installation of guardrail for safety. The Clyde Mullins site will consist of a 128 linear foot reinforced concrete wall to stabilize the area behind the house. Construction of 64 linear feet of subdrain will drain runoff running behind the Ruth Mullins residence. The subdrain from the reinforced concrete wall will be tied to a junction box to collect water from the yard and carry it in a replaced 18-inch HDPE pipe across the drive. Additional subdrain is included to remove water from a portal behind the house above Clyde's. The subdrain will be tied into the backfill from an existing AML gabion wall in front of the house. Bids must be submitted on the official form supplied by the Division of Engineering and Contract Administration. Failure to comply with the bid requirements will result in invalidation of the bid. Allowable Price Limit is part of the contract documents and all unit or lump sum prices must be within specified values. Any deviation may be considered an unbalanced bid and must be justified if deemed the low responsive bid. Award will be issued to the lowest-cost responsive bid properly submitted by a responsible bidder. The bid document shall contain all qualifying requirements and forms.
