Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the 2026 Highway Paint Striping Program. The project includes centerline and edge line striping as per ODOT Item 642 and other various painting on roads in Shelby County according to ODOT Item 644. Bidders must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, issued by a Surety Company licensed in Ohio. Each proposal must list the name of all parties and persons interested. Bidders may be asked to provide evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. The project must begin no earlier than September 1, 2026, and finish no later than October 31, 2026. Contractors and subcontractors should, where possible, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with Ohio's equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates is required. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
