Reference Number 0000421423 The City of Aurora is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services to survey, evaluate and document the condition of the existing precast concrete panels that comprise the exterior cladding of the Aurora Municipal Center (AMC) building and its adjacent parking structure. The AMC is located at 15151 E. Alameda Pkwy., Aurora, CO 80012. The Consultant shall perform a comprehensive physical assessment of the existing precast concrete panel systems and prepare a signed and sealed Survey Report documenting observed conditions, causes of deterioration, planning-level rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost and schedule estimates, and prioritized recommended scopes of work for corrective repairs.
