Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Berlin, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

The Public Building Commission is soliciting proposals from qualified, responsible firms with significant relevant experience to assist with Design and Construction Administration Services for the Timberlin Golf Course Bridges. One firm will be selected and contracted to provide these services. Interested parties should submit proposals in accordance with the requirements and directions provided. The goal is to enter into an agreement with a vendor that will provide services efficiently, accurately bill, and provide high quality, flexible customer service. The vendor is expected to maintain expert knowledge of these services to ensure the highest quality service at the most affordable rates while maintaining quality and secure technology. Eligible vendors must have demonstrated experience and expertise in Connecticut in the past three years, a proven track record with similar municipal governments, be familiar with and properly licensed in Connecticut, and not be in arrears or in default to the Town with regard to any tax, debt, contract, security, or any other obligation.
