Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The City of Allentown proposes to expand its existing traffic signal system by adding three intersections, consisting of one new traffic signal and two modified traffic signals. The project also includes improvements at the individual intersections to enhance vehicle and pedestrian operations. Additionally, the City of Allentown is proposing to install a pedestrian actuated Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon at another intersection. Bidding for the project will be structured with two Base Bid intersections and two Alternate Bid intersections. Bidders shall provide separate pricing for each of the four locations in their proposal. Submissions must be made online and must include a scanned copy of the Bid Bond, a completed Proposal Page, and other required forms uploaded as specified. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Responses received after the specified date and time will be rejected as non-responsive.
