The scope of this project includes the purchase of the full nitrogen generator system as well as full installation. The contractor must provide a full nitrogen generator system with all necessary components for operation and ensure delivery and full installation in the RRD laboratory, optimizing the system for performance. General requirements include: - Full nitrogen generator system with all necessary components - Delivery and installation in the RRD laboratory Product specifications to be provided by the contractor: - Nitrogen generator capable of supplying approximately 120-150 lpm at >97% purity and ~100psi - Oxygen analyzer - Flow meter - 480 feet of 1'' aluminum piping for nitrogen/air supply with 12 drops to ball valves - Air compressor tank mounted with refrigerated dryer, capable of operating the nitrogen generator, refrigerated dryer, ISO Class Zero Certified, receiver tank - 0.01 micron post filter - Nitrogen buffer receiver tank with safety valve and pressure gauge - Full installation with required certifications/licenses Brands and trade names are for identification only and do not limit the contractor to those brands or trade names. Bidder instructions: - The contractor must respond to each requirement or question and explain how each requirement will be fulfilled, attaching any supplemental information and referencing it within the response. - Bidders must describe any included warranties, the warranty process, and how repairs or replacements will be handled, including timing. - If the warranty is through a third-party or manufacturer, confirmation is needed that the warranty passes through to the state, providing responsible party contact information. - Bidders must describe any recall procedures.
