Portable Toilet Rental at Belle Isle State Park. Proposals must be prepared in accordance with all provided Request for Proposal (RFP) materials, following the Proposal Instructions and responding completely to the required items. All requested information must be provided directly within the proposal, without references or links to external sources. The company name must be included in the header of all documents submitted. All documents and information submitted become public records immediately upon receipt by the State and may be posted on the State’s public website after award recommendation. Bidders are required to complete and submit by the proposal deadline: Confidential Treatment Form, Vendor Questions Worksheet, Schedule A – Statement of Work, and Schedule B – Pricing. Pricing proposals must be uploaded as a separate file from the rest of the proposal. All files must be submitted in a modifiable (native) format such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, or Sheets, and each file must be 30 MB or smaller. Proposals must be submitted electronically via www.michigan.gov/SIGMAVSS before the deadline. Failure to follow the required format or process may result in the bid being considered non-responsive. Contact with anyone other than the designated Solicitation Manager regarding this RFP may result in disqualification.
